How long will my delivery/shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location in Canada. All items are shipped within 24-48 hrs via Canada Post Xpresspost. A tracking number will be provided to you via email within 24-48 hrs after order/payment is confirmed.

Normally, your package is expected to arrive in 2 – 3 business days. An additional 1-2 days may be required for rural locations.

How will my order be delivered?

You can be certain when ordering from Canada THC Supply that the utmost discretion is taken for your benefit. We only ship via Canada Post Xpresspost and you will be provided a Canada Post tracking number with every shipment Via email.

For an added layer of discretion, your items are first placed in a child-proof container, then heat-sealed in an odor-proof mylar bag thereby sealing in the freshness of the product. The cannabis product is then placed into a generic box or bubble mailer before being shipped out. Even the labelling of the package does not reflect the nature of the contents inside when you order weed online in Canada. For all intent and purposes, when you order from our online dispensary, what you will get is from the mail is an ordinary looking package from the post office.

What if I have product issues?

If you've received a defective product or have any questions/concerns regarding an item from your recent order, don't hesitate to reach out to our live agents right away by email at canadathcsupply@gmail.com

To work towards a resolution as quickly as possible, please send over the following when reaching out:

• Order number

• Product name (including strain name)

• A description of the issue

• Video or photo best depicting the issue

*Please note as we enter the warmer months, certain products, including but not limited to, edibles and concentrates may melt or alter consistency during transportation. When ordering, be sure to keep an eye on your tracking so you can retrieve your order as soon as possible. We suggest placing any effected items in the fridge to cool down. All products will remain safe to consume.

Replacements are shipped within 24-48 hrs after submission.

Our philosophy has been the same from the start: minimize costs & keep a low overhead in order to provide the best quality THC products at the best possible price.

although we have now expanded slightly from our roots as a family business, we still stick to that same principle.

With a small team and limited advertising, we are able to allocate the bulk of our resources to acquiring products at unbelievable prices and do not have to factor many other costs into the price we sell at.
